I've made a couple of games in RPG Maker. Nothing special... just something to make a idea that I had. And I did have a lot of fun with it! I'm happy with that result, you know?  

But when I wanted to make a commercial game, I knew my skills in RPG Maker wouldn't really be enough, and so I went to Ren'Py. I'm more of a writer, anyway, so a narrative-driven story felt right. And I heard using Python in Ren'Py was "easier" for people... and honestly? So far it has been a breeze! It's cool to see the game slowly come to life.

Anyway I'm currently stuck in one place for the holidays... away from my wife... and so all I can do right now is work on this and chat with her over Discord. I miss her.
